To maintain the quality of your leather products:
- Keep them away from direct sunlight and heat to prevent fading or drying out.
- Use a leather conditioner periodically to keep the leather soft and supple.
- Store them in a cool, dry place when not in use, preferably in a garment cover.
- Leather Products: Avoid contact with water and other liquids. If your leather item gets wet, blot the excess water with a soft, dry cloth and let it air dry naturally.
- Jewelry: To keep your jewelry in pristine condition, store it in a dry, cool place (preferably in our leather pouch), avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, especially chlorine, and clean it gently with a soft cloth.
- Clothing: Follow the care instructions on the label. When in doubt, dry cleaning is recommended for delicate or vintage fabrics.

If your order is still processing, you can cancel it online before it ships. To ensure all orders are processed in a timely manner, the window to cancel is approximately one hour.
You can, however, change the item before it ships. If the new item costs less, the difference will be credited to your store account. If it costs more, you'll need to pay the difference via bank transfer. If your order is still processing, you can change the shipping destination before it ships. Once the order has shipped, no further modifications can be made.
